At Lash Next Door, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are free from makeup or fragrance marks.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unwashed and unworn items in the original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
